The existing Creative Niche website needed an overhaul as it was unorganized, making it difficult for users to find relevant information. I was outsourced to work on the information architecture and ultimately create wireframes that the in-house designer could colour in.

Increased credit card onboarding by 18% by allowing clients to set their PIN while activating their card online, eliminating the need for them to go into a branch.
